Video clip report : Syrian army to 'restore security' in north-western town



The Syrian army has begun operations to "restore security" to the town of Jisr al-Shughour and the surrounding area, state TV says.
The announcement has prompted a flow of refugees to nearby Turkey.
Democracy activists in Syria have vowed to stage more protests today against President Bashar al-Assad.
